We’re offering 15 to 18 female or non-binary founders or C-level leaders of tech companies based in Denmark the unique opportunity to join this successful international accelerator programme. You’ll need to have:
- revenue or (at a minimum) moved beyond minimum viable product (MVP) stage, with projected revenue and revenue growth
- ambitions to scale and expand internationally
- a genuine interest in support to help you scale and expand internationally.
Part 1: The bootcamp
It all starts with a 2 x 2 day, i.e. four-day bootcamp, over two weeks. If you can show the judges that you have scaleup and international expansion potential, you’ll move on to the five-month international accelerator.
On average, at least 85% of bootcamp participants go through to the international accelerator. At the last programme, the judges sent everyone through.
We’ve designed our bootcamps to “inspire, push and select” – to help you think bigger and move faster. We also use it to help us choose participants for the accelerator at the right stage, to make sure they’ll get maximum benefit from the programme.
The bootcamp will be held at Talentgarden, Danneskiold-Samsøes Allé 41, 1434 København.

Part 2: The six-month international accelerator
The six-month international accelerator is made up of four structured learning sprints, designed to help you grow your business with confidence. 75% of the content is online, with the other 25% being in person. They include:
- interactive workshops, case studies and coaching
- peer-to-peer support groups
- demo days, pitch and networking events
- introductions to potential investors, clients and global industry leaders through the Global Tech Advocates‘ network of 48 global tech hubs and 30,000 tech leaders
- collaboration with international embassies, partners and accelerators
- trade missions to key markets like the UK, US and Canada
- interactions with our global women-in-tech community.
At the end of the accelerator, you’ll submit a scaleup and international expansion plan for your business. The programme will give you the content you need for that.
The learning sprints in detail
Scaling a high-growth tech company
Set ambitious goals, sharpen your strategy and fast-track your success. You’ll learn what it takes to build a high-growth tech company, develop a clear scaleup and international expansion plan, and make the biggest impact in the shortest time.
International expansion
Expand into the right markets, at the right time, with the right approach. We’ll help you identify the best opportunities, refine your business model and pricing, and create a winning go-to-market strategy. You’ll also get expert guidance on international sales, negotiation and market entry – plus introductions to global markets.
Operations to scale up
Build the foundations for sustainable growth. You’ll learn how to scale your leadership, team, processes and technology to create a strong, high-performing business that will thrive internationally.
Fundraising
Attract the investment you need to grow. We’ll help you get investor-ready, understand the fundraising process, navigate due diligence and company valuation, and develop a compelling pitch. You’ll also get the chance to practise pitching to local and international investors.
Why do we need this programme?
Denmark ranks below the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) average for female entrepreneurship for women between 18 and 64. And only 1.7% of venture capital is invested in female-led startups. This programme is designed to change that – giving female and non-binary founders the support, coaching and connections they need to grow and scale their tech businesses.
How does the application process work?
You only need to apply once to be considered for the full programme. You can let us know you’re interested by filling in this form.
If you’re successful, you’ll start with the pre-accelerator bootcamp. After you complete all four days, an independent panel will decide whether you’re ready for the six-month international accelerator.
What do I need to do if I’m offered a place at the bootcamp?
Please confirm your spot by email within a week of getting the offer.
Do I have to go to all four days of the bootcamp?
Yes. If you don’t, we won’t be able to consider you for the international accelerator. We also won’t give you your deposit back.
What if I don’t get a place on the international accelerator?
If we don’t offer you one after the bootcamp, we’ll give you your deposit back. You’re welcome to apply again for a later programme. We might also offer you a spot on module 1, our international mentoring programme.
What does completing the international accelerator involve?
You’ll need to go to all the sessions, then submit a scaleup and international expansion plan for us to approve. Once we’ve done that, we’ll give you your deposit back.
